Two sessions, with me working for you in between

  1. Session 1: The business foundation (together, 2 hrs)
    Goals & processes, personas & journeys, data model outline, roles & access model.
  2. Write-up (me, for you)
    First draft of the blueprint. You receive it before session 2.
  3. Session 2: The decisions (together, 2 hrs)
    Authentication, integrations, environment strategy, license calculation.
  4. Final write-up (me, for you)
    Dossier, license calculation, roadmap & sample table are completed.
  5. Handover (together, 30 min)
    Walkthrough of all artifacts and the prioritized roadmap.
